Family Planning training - talking about sexuality and relationships to young people
March 01, 2019 at 1:29 PM
On Tuesday, 26th March, Family Planning will be holding a free half day training around teaching/talking about relationships and sexuality to young people. This training has a focus on primary/intermediate school age, and covers ideas such as healthy friendships, crushes, identity, body parts, boundaries, pubertal changes etc.
The training is being held in the small meeting room at Manutewhau Community Hub, 74 Oreil Ave, West Harbour from 9:00am to 1:00pm
Anyone who is interested in coming along to the training can register through our website here. Places are limited.
We are really keen to support organisations however we can around relationships and sexuality education. We will have other training running throughout the year focused on different age groups and topics, please get in touch if you would like more information.
