Barnardos Women and Children’s Safety Programmes

Barnardos are pleased to announce that we are now taking referrals for the Ministry of Justice approved safety programmes for women and children that have Protection Orders. Our team have been delivering these programmes for over 5 years, are well trained and able to provide programmes for women either individually or in groups. We are also able to provide services for vulnerable families under our LEAP contract making us available to work in this space with families that do not have a Protection Order but still needed this level of support.
While our office base is in West Auckland, we are mobile and are contracted to provide services on the North Shore and in Central Auckland. We are able to run programmes from our office in Apollo Drive on the North Shore, or at a place of safety for the women and children. We will be renting space in Central Auckland as the need arises.
We are also pleased to announce that we are working collaboratively with Te Whare Ruruhau O Mere providing services to Maori Tamariki in West Auckland.
